All the apartments are located on the first floor with 10 stairs access and have panoramic windows that are soundproof – you find yourself in a quiet home in the middle of the busy city.
Our apartments are very functional with a pampering bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and work areas in the living room and all that needed for a very pleasant stay.
When you go down from the apartment, you are just steps away from the lovely Carmel Center neighborhood of Haifa. The Moriah complex is surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants and cafés of well-known Israeli and international chains, as well as some that are unique to the city of Haifa.
Within a walking distance you will also find supermarkets, neighborhood parks with fountains, children’s playgrounds and even a fishpond with water Lilies (Park Shmuel), Museums, Educational Zoo in a very short walking distance (only 5 minutes), the Bahai Gardens are also only a few minutes walking distance, and some more attractions.
While street parking is available, convenient public transportation is just steps away. There are multiple bus lines accessing all over Haifa, including its well-kept beaches as well as direct lines to Haifa University, to the Technion, MATAM – the Scientific Industrial Center in Haifa and to some more attractive points of city including the Central Bus Station and Railway station, of course.
Haifa’s historic Carmelit is also just a 6 minutes walk. This one-of-a-kind underground funicular railway will take you from Carmel Center – the top of Haifa, all the way to Haifa’s downtown with six stations along the way, including near Haifa’s beautiful Talpiot market where you can taste all that Israel’s prolific agriculture has to offer, and Masada Street’s trendy coffee shops and vegetarian restaurants.

Built as a large space, divided into a luxurious sleeping area with a king size double bed, a wardrobe with mirrored doors, a seating area with the possibility of an additional double folding bed, a modern and luxurious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette including all electrical appliances and dining table, a work area and a TV.
Suite 2: The studio Suite
Ideal for individuals or couples. It is equipped with everything you may need for a holiday and comfortable stay: a luxurious sleeping area with a double bed, a mirrored wardrobe, a small sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining counter, a pampering bathroom & toilet, a work area and a TV.
Suite 3: The Studio apartment with Sea View
Ideal for individuals or couples. It is equipped with everything you may need for a holiday and comfortable stay: a luxurious sleeping area with a double bed, a mirrored wardrobe, a small sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining counter, a pampering bathroom & toilet, a work area and a TV. The Suite has 2 huge windows with an amazing view of blew & green (Haifa’s bay and Carmel mountain)
Suite 4: The Mini Suite
for one individual Guest. It is equipped with everything you need for a holiday and comfortable stay: A sleeping area with a Double size bed, and a equipped kitchen, bathroom & toilet, a work table area and a TV. One big window with an amazing view of blew & green (Haifa’s Bay and Carmel Mountain).
