The apartment is very modern and well-designed. Everything you need, super equipped kitchen and even washing machine and dryer. The host was very dedicated and super helpful. A lot of privacy there and very calm!

Just some confusion finding the place, she has a couple of properties but it was a very minor issue.
Everything was amazing. We only stayed one night and wish we could have stated longer. Perfect location, very clean and comfortable.

Thank you, Ziona, for our wonderful stay at the house. It is very beautiful, well kept, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. The location is great, the view is perfect. The place was so huge, that I had a trouble finding a hair dryer, I called the owner, and she brought the second one right away.

בדרך לבית יש לרדת מס גרמי מדרגות . כמו כן, בתוך הבית יש מדרגות. לא מתאים למתקשים בתנועה.
וילה נהדרת, מעוצבת בלבן, גינה וחצר חמודה..חדרים יפים ונוחים מאד נהננו לשהות בה ואף

הדירה מעולה מעל ומעבר. מתאימה למשפחה עם ילדים וגם מבוגרים. הדירה מצוידת בכל האמצעים ללינה ברמה אחרת והסרטים. נהנינו מאוד. המארחת נדיבה מאוד ובעל יחס מכבד ואדיב ברמה שאי אפשר לתאר. אני ממליץ בחום להגיע ולנו מהנוף הנפלא שמשקיף לים

חגגנו בוילה יומולדת לאמא. היינו 3 משפחות עם ילדים בכל הגילאים, ובנוסף היה לנו גם חדר לבד לאמא וחדר לבד לדודה. היה תענוג! הבית מאובזר לחלוטין. במטבח אין דבר שחסר. איזורי הישיבה ופינת האוכל מאוד נוחים. חדרי הרחצה נעימים ונקיים ביותר. הגינה מעט קטנה אבל לגמרי מספיקה. והנוף לים מקסים.

Ziona's place is situated close to the sea with a wonderful panorama of the coast. The place is clean and bright. Ziona assured that we had everything we needed whilst here. I highly recommend staying at this place, as there are few luxurious place like this one in Haifa.

אחד מסופי השבוע היותר מוצלחים שהיו לנו. אתה נופש שם על הגבעה בתוך העיר ולא מרגיש שאתה בעיר. עצים מסביבך, אווירה אסטטית ובעיקר שקט. המקום מרוהט בטוב טעם וכל המתקנים נוחים מאוד לשימוש. נהנו מאוד ואין לי ספק שעוד נחזור. תודה ציונה.
דירה קומפלט גדולה ומרווחת עם כל הציוד יושבת על נוף מדהים הנישקף ממנה{כרמל וים} . מתאים מאוד למי שמחפש חופשה שקטה,לכתוב,לנוח ולקבל השראה.

המקלחת נראית מהממת (תאורה, רדיו, משפריץ מכל מיני כיוונים) אבל קצת מתפרקת. אז בפועל השתמשנו רק ב"שפופרת" הידנית וגם היא לא ניתנת לקיבוע כי זה נופל. ברדיו השתמשנו ונהננו. השולחן בחוץ קצת לא אסטתי.
הצימר מקסים, נקי מאד, נוף מהמם. מיטה זוגית נוחה ומוצעת מקסים, פינת ישיבה יפה, מטבחון מאובזר עם כל הכלים הנדרשים (טוסטר, מיקרו, כיריים חשמליים, סירים, סכום, צלחות ועוד). מרפסת מקסימה על ההר עם נוף לים. מאד ממליצה!

התחלנו לא כ"כ טוב את הביקור. הזמנו דרך בוקינג, מסתבר שהיה איפה-שהוא קצר והבעלים של החדר לא קיבלה התראה על ההזמנה, הגענו ליעד - נראה כמו בית רנדומלי, בטח לא בית דירות, או מלון או סוויטה. זה נראה כאילו טעינו - התקשרנו, הבעלים ענתה, תהתה מאוד איך זה יתכן שלא ידעה על הגעתנו (כשאנחנו כבר ממש מחכים בחוץ...) אבל אח"כ בדקה במייל וראתה שאכן נעשתה ההזמנה והגיעה אלינו תוך 10 דק'. היו מספר סידורים שהיה צריך לעשות בדירה (לשים מגבות, חלק מהמצעים וכו') אז זה קצת עיכב אותנו כי מאוד מיהרנו להמשך הטיול. מה שהכי הפריע לנו זה שהבעלים ניקתה מעצמה את האשמה והפילה אותה על בוקינג, על הפלאפון שלה שלא הודיע לה ואפילו עלינו שלא בדקנו איתה שהחדר מוכן!! מאוד מאוד מקומם. לצד זאת, ראוי לציין כי היא ניסתה בכל זאת ליישר את ההדורים והביאה שוקולד, בקבוקי חלב, ושתייה - אבל במבחן התוצאה חיכינו לא מעט, וגם קינחנו ב"ריב" כי הסתבר לנו שהמחיר הכולל - זה שמופיע על החשבונית בבוקינג, הוא בכלל לא המחיר הסופי - עליו הוסיפו 17% מע"מ - הפתיע אותנו מאוד והתחלנו לגמרי ברגל שמאל.
נטו לגבי החדר עצמו - נקי, מסודר, מתאים לזוג/שלישייה, מקום טוב, נוף טוב, מרווח.
הדבר השלילי היחיד הוא שלקחנו רק לילה אחד😉
מקום מקסים, נוף פסטורלי, יחידה משופצת ומשודרגת , ג׳קוזי מעולה ומשוכלל.. רומנטי מאד , ציונה- בעלת הצימר- קיבלה אותנו מאד יפה, היתה זמינה לכל שאלה
