We had stayed at the house during the past weekend to celebrate our aunt 80th birthday. The house was as promised, clean, inviting and spacious (we were 13) and could accommodate us all. We (3 families - 6 adults and 4 kids) spent the weekend at Zions's lovely house. Ziona gave us warm welcome and explained us all that we needed to know about the house and the surrounding area. The house was well orginezed and clean and each family got her own rooms (1 for the adults and 1 for the kids) and bathroom. The house was located 5 min from the sea , which was a real treat for the kids. We enjoyed our weekend and felt at home.

We loved the house. It is very spacious and we were very comfortably (2 adults and 3 kids). There is a nice supermarket 400 m away and if you like to run or spend time on the sea you are 5 min from the beach by car.

Ziona is a lovely hostess who wants to make sure her guests enjoy Haifa and its environs. Her house is clean and inviting. The house is perfect for a large group. There were 7 of us. Each had plenty of space and privacy. The washer and dryer were perfectly located. There was ample parking. And the view can't be beat.

The house was as promised and fully met our needs. It was spacious, easily fit our family of four. The Host was responsive, kind, and on time, which was all appreciated. It was generally quiet (except it is perched by a busy road so road noise is present). There is a nice view and a nice outdoor space to eat and have access to the outdoors and easy parking. All is all, it was just what we needed, and the Host allowed us to do a late check-out which really helped with our travel plans.

Ziona was responsive from the first email, which left me with a secure feeling about our reservation. She was in touch regularly in the days before we arrived and was totally flexible about our arrival time. We arrived to spotless, beautiful home, with milk for our baby granddaughter (and a cake) already in the fridge. The property was exactly as pictured and was such a comfortable place for us to stay. Well equipped kitchen, multiple bathrooms with loads of fresh white towels. The house is an incredible value- for about what one hotel room would cost, we had an entire house to enjoy with our kids and granddaughter. Our favorite spot was the stunning backyard patio, with a view of the sea. We had breakfast there every day. The location was ideal too- on a quiet, pretty street, with a reserved parking spot, close to the beach and to all that Haifa has to offer. Only one small glitch- the wash machine jammed shut with our clothes inside. Ziona arrived immediately on a Friday night to see what was wrong and was back first thing in the morning with a repairman who had the problem solved in short order. You could not ask for more. We hope to stay at this wonderful home again before long.

The place is great for hosting large groups. We celebrated an event with 8 people and it was just perfect. The view from the apartment is amazing - the ocean is spread in front of your eyes. Things to consider: there are about 40 steps down to the apartment (so it's a bit of an issue to come with strollers) The place could be cleaner - there was a cockroach in one of the cupboards and the cups were dirty. Summary: would definitely come back again

Очень гостеприимная предупредительная и четкая хозяйка Циона. Очень красиво и просторно- даже когда отдыхаешь совсем большой семьей. Перед дверью огромное лимонное дерево. Очень чисто. Очень много живых цветов в доме. При том что отдыхают все вместе, каждый может уединится. Даже после похода с помощью одноврменного использования 5 ванных мы не исчерпали горячую воду. из садика видно море далеко внизу. Очень надеемся добраться вновь. PS не подходит для тех кто плохо ходит, есть длинная лестница.
