This serviced apartment is air-conditioned, fully furnished, light flooded and comfortably designed. It has 2 luxurious double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, large living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a closed view balcony overlooking the main street. The double glazed windows keep all the city noise out.
The apartment is located in walking distance from Haifa’s best tourist attractions and entertainments such as the Baha’i temple and Gardens, Louis promenade, Gan HaEm Park and Haifa Educational Zoo, as well as shopping centers and designer shops, museums, cinema, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The rest of Haifa and the beach is easily explored with the conveniently nearby public transportation system of the city.
Within just a few minutes drive are Haifa’s educational institutions and business centers: The Haifa University, the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, MATAM Business Park, the International convention center in Haifa, and more. All are easily accessible from the apartment by either public transportation or a private car.
Below the apartment there is a very nice and popular cafe where our guests can enjoy breakfast at a discounted price, either have it delivered to the apartment or dine in the cafe. Of course guests also have the option of preparing their own meals in the apartment.

There is parking available nearby the apartment.
In case you don’t have a car or rather leave your car parked by the accommodation, there is very convenient public transportation in the form of taxi cabs and buses available to all over the city.
Haifa’s Hof Hacarmel train station is within a few minutes drive.

We stayed for one night during the Haifa Film Festival. The apartment is across the street from the Festival's main venue which was very comfortable for us. Ziona was very kind throughout the process of booking our stay, making the arrangmenets before our arrival and on our arrival day. The appartment was spotless clean, quiet and pleasent. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking or just having coffee (Ziona brought a carton of milk and chocolate when we checked in :)) The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer (we didn't use any of it because it was a short stay, but it would be extremely comfortable for a longer stay). A selection of cafes and restaurants is literally downstairs or within a couple of minutes walk.

Great location, right next to all the main attractions we planned to visit: Zoo, Gan HaEm, Louis Promenade, etc... Private parking is a great plus due to parking limitations in that area. If you are sensitive to noise from the street, it is not the place for you because it is located just above the main junction of mount Carmel. The host did everything she could, so we would feel comfortable, e.g., she brought cot beds to out two kids, she provided us with a delicious cake. Moreover, she was available at all times, for every need. She agreed upon early check in which was nice of course. That sums it up.

Ziona warmly welcomed us and was waiting for our family when we arrived. She gifted us with a packet of biscuits and milk in the fridge. The two bedroom flat was clean and warm (Split ACs were dual heaters and worked well.) The pros about this apartment were its great location in the heart of Carmel Center close to restaurants, shops, grocery store across the street, easy public transport, and the top of the Baha'i Terraces. Additional pluses included fully functioning kitchen, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Another big plus was the free parking spot for our rental car. We stayed for ten nights. One negative experience occurred on the evening of a hard rain causing the ceiling in the larger bedroom to leak unfortunately on top of our opened suitcase on the floor. You might want to check with Ziona that this leak has been fixed. Also the firm mattresses could be made more comfortable with a good mattress topper. It would have been fine for just a couple of nights stay. Ziona is friendly, easily accessible and eager to accommodate her hosts. With these two improvements we would happily stay again.

Great apartment. Located right in the Carmel center with quick access to many attractions and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of room. Ziona is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Exceptional
1. The fact that the apartment was on top floor. 2. The drier wasn't hot enough, though after being fixed. 3. The price was a little too high, compare to other apartments around the area.
My family and I were very happy to find this place. Ms. Ziona took care of us just like her old dear friends! We arrived in Haifa feeling sick and tired, but her kindness and compassion made us feel at home. She welcomed us with her loving personality and a delicious cake. A few days later I asked her where to get the cake, and to my surprise she showed up by the door with the very same cake in her hand! As soon as Ziona realized there were 5 of arriving, she upgraded us to a bigger and spacious apartment. The apartments look just as what they show in the pictures. We definitely love the location, perfect location for traveling with family in Haifa. I love the fact that I can easily grabbed my grocery across the street for my picky eater. Restaurants, bus stops, Carmelit and other big Hotels just around the corners. Thank you Ziona for everything and till we meet again!

המחיר גבוה לטעמנו. אין מדיח כלים. הכלים במטבח לא היו כל-כך נקיים. לא היו מספיק כוסות לחמישנ אורחים. המזגן רועש והפקק קפץ פעמיים במהלך השהות שלנו.
מארחת משקיענית, טלפנה מראש לוודא שאנחנו יודעים לאן להגיע. השאירה לנו חלב, קפה עוגיות. קבלת הפנים היתה נעימה. יש חניה צמודה.המיקום מצויין. ממש במרכז הכרמל. מול גן האם. מרחק הליכה קרוב לסינמטק, מוריה, כרמלית. היו בדירה מספיק מגבות.
